Kelsey O’Neil

Welcome to London Rayne Salon! I’m Kelsey, originally from Marquette, MI and am now proudly serving Duluth and the Twin Ports area since 2012.

I’ve been a stylist for 20+ years and have never been more in love with my clients or my craft! I specialize in all things blonde and hand tied extension methods. I take great pride in the fact that I travel for advanced color formulations and to keep up with the ever changing extension methods at least twice annually.

While most stylists offer a great first visit and solid maintenance care thereafter, I see my role as your stylist a bit different. I work together with all of my guests to create a long term hair care plan to ensure their color, cut and style are always looking fresh and there will never be a time where you feel bored or stuck in a routine. I’ll be checking in throughout the year to see if any new issues have come up and we’ll work through them together.

When I’m not in the salon, I put my adventure hat on and am seeking out new hiking trails, waterfalls and beaches. You can also find me trying all the new IPA’s at a local brewery or new appetizers at a new restaurant. I’m an avid traveler and love seeking out the secret spots to check out.

As the lead stylist and owner of North Shore Beauty Co., I’ve got 15+ years of industry experience, specializing in lived-in color, HaloCouture and hand-tied extensions, holistic hair, wedding styling and makeup.

I’m passionate about connecting with people and real, authentic conversations. I strive to empower and educate, not only about hair and beauty, but also on a deeper level- finding your happiness and beauty at a core level. I’m not just here as stylist, I’m here as your equal.

But my favorite part about all of it is truly helping women (just like you) recharge, get inspired, and find the confidence from deep within to shine on. I cannot wait to meet you!
